We should collect only the information needed to run Appaloft, provide support, protect the service, and improve the product, with limited retention.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

This is a public draft for the early Appaloft Cloud website. It is not final legal advice or formal commercial terms, and should be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

Information we collect

This may include account profile data, basic identity information from auth providers, deployment and billing events, website analytics, support communications, and security logs, depending on the features and providers you use.

How we use it

We use data for login, organization collaboration, deployment records, billing, abuse prevention, product improvement, customer support, and legal compliance.

Third-party processors

We may use hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, error tracking, and infrastructure providers to process necessary data. Provider, region, and processing details should be completed before formal launch.

Cookies

Appaloft uses authentication cookies, locale preference cookies, and necessary security cookies. Shared login across `appaloft.com` subdomains uses a shared cookie domain.

Retention

We retain data while needed for the service, audit or security needs, or legal compliance. After that, we delete or anonymize it. Formal retention windows and deletion workflows still require review.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to applicable law and security requirements.
