Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using the Appaloft website, console, and related services.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

This is a public draft for the early Appaloft Cloud website and should be reviewed by counsel before formal commercial launch.

Using Appaloft

You must follow applicable law and may not abuse the service, bypass security controls, attack other systems, or upload content that infringes third-party rights.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for protecting your account, deployment credentials, server access keys, and team member permissions. Contact us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Deployments and resources

Appaloft helps deploy projects to infrastructure you control or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for app content, dependency licenses, runtime costs, and server security.

Billing

Appaloft Cloud currently uses prepaid credits. Failed or canceled deployments do not debit credits; final commercial terms are controlled by checkout and formal terms.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, third-party services, network events, or security needs may require changes or temporary suspension.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Appaloft is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption beyond fees paid for the service.
